Steve West, Ph.D.

Steve West is a consultant with a broadband of organization development experience. He has expertise coaching executives in the private and nonprofit sectors, facilitating management team alignment, designing strategic planning processes and providing consulting interventions for clients both domestically and internationally. He has been in the field as an organization change tactician and leadership development practitioner for over 20 years.

Steve lives and works in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is an avid reader of military history and a sports enthusiast – playing tennis, softball and touch football. He also enjoys walking his dog Libby around the beautiful lakes and parks of Minneapolis (even in the winter!).
